Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your official Boardmasters merchandise.

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return any unworn, unwashed item in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

How to return an item

Please email boardmasters@upstreamprinting.co.uk with your order number and reason for return before sending your item back.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we have sent the wrong product.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you'd like a different size, we'll do our best to help, subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photographs of the issue. We'll resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
